Sovren

Sovren came to Springbox needing not only a full website redesign but also a full business "makeover". Our team worked closely to define their strategy, understand their audience and make the website extremely useful for their users. From a design perspective, the only thing we had to go from was their logo. We updated their colors, defined the entire look and feel and came up with a look that is very sophisticated, techy and that puts them above all their competitors.

Sovren, a recruitment intelligence software company, came to Springbox needing not only a full website redesign but also a full business "makeover". They needed to reposition their brand and a recommendation on how to best sell their product.

The process

The process

We started the work with a full day workshop with our clients. We did several audience, branding, strategy and visual exercises to fully understand where they stood as brand and where they wanted to be in the future.

the audience

the audience

With some research help, one of the outputs of the workshop was a defined target audience. We developed Market segments, archetypes and for each of the archetypes, we developed a persona as well as a user flow.

Based on our defined audience, and the content strategy, the team created a sitemap and wireframes.

the testing

One of the things that made this project very successful was the ability to user test our site structure, calls to action and designs.

the branding

the branding

With the exception of their logo, our clients were ready for a full revamp of their brand. We created brand attributes, positioning statement, brand personality as well as audience-specific voice and tone.

Once again, the only thing our clients wanted to keep was their logo. We updated their colors and defined a new look and feel for the brand. The result was a sophisticated, techy look that puts them above all their competitors.
