The Dell sales team was in need of a sales tool that would put valuable information all in one place. They approached Springbox to help them bring this to life through an online portal called theSpot.
This hub puts everything the sales team needs to stay informed and educated right at their fingertips. This includes goals and commissions, product information and sales performance and comparison tools.
The .Net experience also features a “Learn” section that pulls in mandatory and foundational courses as well as a full library of additional learning courses. Springbox Design, UX and Development teams worked together to create this online learning experience that pulls in data currently housed in SharePoint to display it in a user-friendly, branded tool.
Though I developed the logo and look and feel of the tool, the product design was a big collaboration between visual and UX designers. The tool also went through several rounds of iterations to fulfill all the needs to the Dell’s sales team.
